The Adopt-a-Shelf program is a fundraiser for the Friends of the Alleghany Highlands Regional Library. Any shelf, display case, or computer area of the Library may be “adopted” by making a small donation to the Friends. In return for your donation, a marker will be displayed with your name or a dedication of your choosing. All adoptions are good for one year from the date of adoption.
